Research Scientist, Speech Technologies

We are looking for a Research Scientist ready to work closely with Software Engineers to take on real-world problems with novel machine learning ideas. The real-world setting of this work means there is ample data to develop novel algorithms on and to see your work have real impact on end-users.


  • MS degree (or higher) in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience implementing software projects and running quality experiments with objective metrics.
  • Team work experience, collaborative mindset and ability to managine an ongoing relationship with different teams.
  • Experience in machine learning in speech and/or natural language processing, including programming.
  • Experience with training large scale systems on large data sets.
  • Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.


  • Derive novel machine learning algorithms.
  • Devise and implement data set development and curation.
  • Develop a large codebase, by design, review, maintenance and collaboration with outside code.
  • Perform empirical studies of algorithm accuracy on large data sets.
  • Write research papers.

Account Manager, Financial Services

The Financial Services Senior Account Manager will work closely with the client team to set program strategy and compliance processes to ensure all client requirements and business goals are well defined for success. Correct candidate will also ensure that all client requests or needs are addressed in a timely manner.


  • Extensive experience managing financial services clients.
  • Demonstrated success in measuring results and setting, meeting, and exceeding aggressive, quantitative goals.
  • The desire and ability to think creatively, solve problems, and use professional judgment.
  • Ability to work with technical teams with a good theoretical understanding of technologies used in financial services.


  • Leading on the day-to-day management and execution of client programs.
  • Manage client relationship and serve as primary client interface to organization; obtain and manage necessary client inputs and approvals.
  • Hold weekly meetings with team members to review client program performance, marketing strategy, and status execution vs. planned marketing tactics.
  • Help develop client presentations by providing understanding of client business and objectives.
